Your trips never leave this phone. Trip names, every item you type and every tick are stored only in this browser — there is no account, no server and nothing to sync. A shared link or QR carries the list inside the link's # fragment, which browsers never send to a web server, so it only ever reaches the person you hand it to.

The link carries the whole list — send it to whoever's packing the kids' bags, and their checkboxes start fresh. A link holds up to 300 items; a QR holds far fewer, and will say so.
Keep a copy
Everything here is saved on this device only — no account, nothing uploaded. That also means a cleared browser or a lost phone takes it with them. Save a backup file now and again; it lands in your downloads and restores everything exactly as it was.
