The photographs of your home, the serial numbers and what everything is worth stay in this browser. They are written to this device's own database and nowhere else — no account, no server, no ads, and no upload when you export: the PDF, the spreadsheet and the backup file are written straight to your downloads. The one outbound link in the app is the tip jar in the header, and it only goes anywhere if you tap it. The other side of that promise is that nobody can recover this for you, which is why the app keeps telling you to email yourself a copy.
